CAULIFLOWER AND PARSNIP SOUP WITH SMOKED GOUDA

 

Ingredients:
I head of cauliflower
2 parsnips
1/4 cup cream
16 oz chicken stock
Ts smoked sweet paprika
1 sweet onion
1/2 cup gouda
1/4 cup white wine

Mince onions and saute with butter and olive oil, add paprika and deglaze with wine. Add chicken stock, cauliflower, and parsnips and cook till tender. Emulsify, add cream and cheese, and finish roasted black garlic sea salt and cracked pepper.
