Postcard showing the parking lot atop Whiteside Mountain. The tiny structure on the right was the ticket booth and postcard stand, and was once considered the smallest operational Post Office in the country up until 1953 when Eisenhower closed all third class post offices. It now resides in Whiteside Cove.
