• producing desired results from start to completion of a project
• installing custom work 

Requirements include:

• At least two years of experience in building a range of products including cabinets, tables, doors, countertops, etc
• must have experience with tools from routers to table saws
• possess the ability to work closely with a small team of other craftsmen
